Fix & Flip / Rehab Loans
Fix & Flip or rehab loans allow investors the ability to purchase below market value properties to rehab and sell quickly, typically within 12 months of closing. Once we receive a completed loan application package from a client, we can issue a formal pricing quote within 1 day and a formal loan approval within 2-3 days. Once approved, the loan can be closed in as little as 2 weeks providing the client with immediate access to renovation funds post-closing. Large Balance Commercial Real Estate and Project Finance Program
Through our partnership with a nationally recognized direct lender, we can offer a unique and innovative commercial real estate finance program throughout the United States and select International Countries. This program is designed for large balance construction and development projects ranging from $10,000,000 to over $5,000,000,000. Initial requirements to be considered for this program include a qualified transaction and assets, an experienced developer with a solid track record, and a borrower with a minimum liquidity of 20% of the total project cost.
